LOS ANGELES, May 3, 1999 (PRIMEZONE) -- ARCO's Board of Directors (NYSE: ARC) today declared regular quarterly dividends on three classes of the company's stock.
A dividend of 71.25 cents a share was declared on Common Stock payable June 15 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 14.
A dividend of 75 cents a share was declared on $3.00 Cumulative Convertible Preference Stock payable June 18 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 14.
A dividend of 70 cents a share was declared on $ 2.80 Cumulative Convertible Preference Stock payable June 18 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 14. -0-
