DALLAS, Nov. 22, 1999 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Board of Directors of Transcontinental Realty Investors, Inc. (NYSE:TCI) Monday announced the payment of a fourth quarter dividend of 15 cents per share. The dividend will be payable Dec. 31, 1999, to stockholders of record on Dec. 15, 1999.
The 15 cents per share dividend represents the 17th consecutive quarterly payment for TCI.
