LOS ANGELES, Jan. 24, 2000 (PRIMEZONE) -- ARCO's Board of Directors (NYSE:ARC) today declared regular quarterly dividends on three classes of the company's stock.
A dividend of 71.25 cents a share was declared on Common Stock payable March 15 to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 25.
A dividend of 75 cents a share was declared on $3.00 Cumulative Convertible Preference stock payable March 20 to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 25.
A dividend of 70 cents a share was declared on $2.80 Cumulative Convertible Preference stock payable March 20 to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 25.
