Mr. Krohn's professional background includes more than 20 years experience in corporate finance, consulting and international banking. Prior to joining FocusWireless.com, Mr. Krohn was managing director of the Global Corporate Finance Group for Arthur Andersen in Dallas. Previously he served as a senior marketing executive for GE Capital Corporation; as a senior executive in the Corporate Finance Department for Salomon Brothers Inc.; and a banking officer with RepublicBank Dallas N.A.
Mr. Krohn is a Certified Public Accountant and earned Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.
He succeeds David M. Kane, who has left FocusWireless.com to pursue other interests.
