Fee-based ISPs are coming under increasing pressure from the rapid growth of the free ISPs.

The MVALUE Panel will be co-branded by ISPs and allow subscribers to earn money while they surf, subsidizing their Internet service fee. This innovative program will allow fee-based ISPs to compete with free ISPs without sacrificing their revenue stream.
