Mayor Riordan, Genesis LA partners To Make Major Announcement

       Mayor, Rocky Delgadillo, District 10 City Councilman, Nate
       Holden, Shamrock Holdings President and Chief Executive
       Officer, Stanley P. Gold, McDonald's Corporation Regional Vice
       President, Jeff Schwartz.
 
 What:  On-site press conference to announce capitalization of the
        Genesis LA Real Estate Investment Fund, the first $1 million
        retail corporate sponsor  and the addition of six new Genesis
        LA project sites.  Photo opportunities, project models,
        exhibit tables, renderings of other Genesis LA sites and
        eclectic architectural backdrop.
 
 Why:  Mayor Riordan will make a major news announcement regarding
       Genesis LA, an innovative strategy comprised of public-private
       partnerships created to revitalize neglected and underutilized
       industrial and retail sites while creating jobs.  Genesis LA
       has received funding for both its private sector for-profit
       fund and non-profit organization.
