Adcore Integrates Innovation and Communications - Ulf Kristersson Appointed Head of Corporate Communications

Ulf Kristersson joined Adcore in March this year as responsible of Adcore’s innovation and external network efforts. The new corporate communications department will continue develop the field of innovation, and go one step further through integrating the innovation and relations building work with internal and external communications, market communications and media relations.

“Integrating innovation and traditional communication is a natural step, if you want to keep developing your skills and your business”, Ulf Kristersson commented.

“When building a large and very international consultancy, it’s extremely important to focus the communication efforts on the really serious issues relevant to our clients and other stakeholders. What matters is our competence; new insights from the digital economy; strategy analysis and business consequences. That’s the kind of information our clients, investors and employees around Europe want to get about our work.”

“Today people realize that you can not build a good company on hype and buzzwords about ‘the new economy’. The last months many companies have learned that everything isn’t ‘new’ at all. Experience, knowledge and traditional business basics like profitability and reliability are eternal values. I want Adcore’s communication to be like the rest of our work: serious, strategic, innovative and add to our own and our client’s business results. A lot of companies ought to talk less and do more, or at least walk their talk. In our case it’s rather the opposite question of more clearly talk our walk.”

Ulf Kristersson has a degree in business from the University of Uppsala. Previous to Adcore, he served as Member of Parliament from 1991 until 2000, and he has been the market director of Stockholm based think tank Timbro.
