Sika acquires EUCO Australia

With this acquisition Sika Australia reinforces its leading position in the construction sector. Furthermore EUCO will provide a platform from which Sika can launch the new Sika ViscoCrete (R) -Technology (SCC = Self Compacting Concrete) in Australia.
The agreement includes a contract to supply concrete admixtures to a local subsidiary of Holderbank.
