Sika acquires SIDER OXYDRO, France

The company, which is based in Bonneuil (80 km north of Paris), is active in the mortar business, and has a strong market position particularly in the Paris region.
SIDER OXYDRO recorded sales of CHF 5 m in the year 2000. In the past business year, Sika’s French subsidiary, with its 550-strong workforce, generated sales of about CHF 160 m. The company is planning to integrate the SIDER OXYDRO business into its existing structure.
