Incap Corporation's Board discussed today the alternatives concerning the furniture manufacturing after the fire at Incap's Kärsämäki facility.
Based on thorough surveys made, the Board decided to start the reconstruction of the Kärsämäki facility immediately. According to the surveys the decision is the best alternative from the viewpoint of both the shareholders and the employees. The decision was also motivated by the significant financial contribution of Finnvera Plc. to the reconstruction project.
This decision and the subsequent arrangements ensure the future separation of the contract manufacturing of furniture from the Incap Group.
