COPENHAGEN, Denmark, Dec. 11, 2001 (PRIMEZONE) -- Management Group member Peter Lund has given notice of resignation. It has been agreed that Peter Lund will resign in December 2001. As a member of the Board of Management of Nilfisk-Advance, Peter Lund has been responsible for the company's European sales activities.
For the time being the Management Boards of the European sales companies will refer to Johan Molin, CEO.
The Nilfisk-Advance Management Group will subsequently consist of Johan Molin, CEO, Christian Cornelius-Knudsen and Claus Michelsen.
