LAS VEGAS, April 24, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- PurchasePro (Nasdaq:PPRO) today announced that Haworth, Inc., the world's second largest designer and manufacturer of contract office furniture, has signed a software license agreement for PurchasePro e-Source, the industry's leading strategic sourcing solution and procurement process. While terms of the agreement were not disclosed, PurchasePro said that a typical license agreement comprises a termed or up-front license fee and monthly maintenance and hosting fees.
