Board
The Annual General Meeting elected the following Board members; Fritz Frohlich, Kurt Jofs, Bo Jungner, Bjorn Larsson and Brian Stern were all re-elected. Bengt Lindahl, President and CEO Ovako Steel AB, was elected as a new member.
Anders Igel and Sven Ohlsson declined re-election.
At the Board meeting following the election, Kurt Jofs was elected Chairman of the Board.
