STOCKHOLM, Sweden, May 22, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- New Wave Group's board of directors has decided to move the point of time for the shareholders' annual meeting forward from 28 May 2002 to 19 June 2002. The moving forward is caused by the fact that the notice to the annual meeting 28 May 2002, which was published earlier, because of misunderstanding did not get published in Post- och Inrikes Tidningar.
The moving forward does not lead to any substantial changes in the agenda and the proposed decisions. Although, the moving forward leads to modified record date for dividend and changed point of times in the proposal regarding subscription right options.
The complete notice to attend the annual meeting is inserted in Svenska Dagbladet and Post- och Inrikes Tidningar today, and is also available on the company's website; www.nwg.se.
