InternetStudios and The DISCOP Organization form revenue sharing joint venture -- DISCOP+

(Pink Sheets:ISTO), a leading provider of business solutions for the television & filmed entertainment industries, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a marketing partnership with The DISCOP Organization, a leading producer of TV industry business events aimed at emerging television marketplaces, to develop an enterprise version of the company's OnlineFilmandTVSales platform (OFTVS). The new service entitled DISCOP+ will be integrated into the existing DISCOP(tm) website at www.discop.com and made available to the DISCOP community later this month.

The joint venture will provide broadcasters, distributors and buyers of television content with an online marketplace in which to preview, select, and acquire television programming available for non-peak programming hours in a secure environment. The target markets to be served by the DISCOP+ solution are estimated to be worth between $300 and $500 million dollars per year.

DISCOP+ will be unveiled during the 10th DISCOP Program Showcase to be held in Budapest (June 27-29) -- a television content market attended by 120 International sales organizations and 350 major broadcasters and Pay-TV services from 41 fast-developing countries. Indexed by various categories and genres, the high-performance site will offer Buyers easy access to television content at below general market value and will provide Sellers with a cost effective means of promoting their Television properties to a base of interested and targeted Buyers.
