FOERSLOEV, Sweden, July 2, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Peab has won the contract to build a new office for Telia on the Kranen estate in Malmo. The contract is worth 225 million Skr and the clients are Telia and Utvecklings AB Kranen.
The contract is an all-in contract which will commence in September 2002 and is estimated to be completed in May 2004.
"This contract is very important for Peab because it signals the beginning of the development of the Kranen estate in Malmo. This autumn Peab will also begin housing construction on the estate, commented Peab CEO Mats Paulsson.
