VARNAMO, Sweden, Oct. 15, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Nils-Ove Andersson has been employed by Finnveden AB (Stockholm:FVEDb) and will assume the post of Chief Financial Officer on January 1, 2003, at which time the current CFO, Borje Fransson will vacate this position having reached the agreed retirement age. For several years, Nils-Ove held the corresponding position within the Celsius Group and he comes to Finnveden from Adera, where he was Executive Vice President and CFO.
Clas Gunneberg has been appointed Business Area Manager for Sheet Metal Components. Clas moves to Finnveden from the post of President of Dayco Automotive. Previously he also worked six years for SKF, during which he was stationed four years in France and Belgium.
Anita Kasto has been appointed Vice President Corporate Communications at Finnveden AB. She has previously been employed by ESAB, where she held the corresponding position in its European division. Earlier, she was employed as Communications Manager within the Hogia Group.
