STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Dec. 9, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- In a letter to Drott's board, Mats Mared has resigned from his position as President and CEO referring to differences of opinion on the work of the board. The board will discuss this letter at its regular meeting on December 16. The board will then initiate recruitment of a successor with the aim of having a new President and CEO in place in the first half of 2003. Mats Mared will remain as President and CEO for the time being.
