STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Jan. 20, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Margareta Fischer who has worked as CAO in Vitrolife Sweden AB (publ) since the summer of 2002 has taken up the post of new chief account officer in Vitrolife AB.
Margareta a B.sc. from Handelshogskolan in Goteborg has previously worked as CAO in Fingerprint Cards AB and as financial controller in DPC Scandinavia AB.
CFO Stefan Jacobsson has voluntarily decided to leave Vitrolife to pursue other business activities. Stefan Jacobsson has during the last year, amongst many things, managed the close-down of low marginal products as well as the divestment of parts of the Scottish subsidiary. He has also taken the initiative for the consolidation of the business that recently has taken place.
