Fourth quarter 2002
-- Result continued to improve - the profit after net financial items
increased by 30 per cent to MSEK 127 (98).
-- Increased operating margin - the operating profit before
depreciation of goodwill improved to 8.3 per cent (6.9).
-- Strong cash flow - the operative cash flow, excluding structuring
costs, increased by 51 per cent to MSEK 289 (191).
Financial year 2002
-- The profit after financial items increased by 26 per cent to
MSEK 280 (223).
-- Gunnebo Security's operating profit increased by 22 per cent to
MSEK 385 (315) and its operating margin to 6.6 per cent (5.8).
-- Gunnebo Engineering's operating profit declined to MSEK 81 (86).
The operating margin was 6.9 per cent (7.1).
-- The operating cash flow, excluding structuring costs, increased by
44 per cent to MSEK 501 (348).
-- Net dept liabilities declined by MSEK 291 to MSEK 1,581 (1,872) and
the equity ratio rose to 30 per cent (27).
-- Earnings per share increased by 38 per cent to SEK 10.55 (7.65).
Dividend
-- The Board proposes to increase the dividend to SEK 4 per share (3.50).
Outlook for 2003
-- The profit after financial items is expected to increase throughout
the 2003 financial year.
