TABY, Sweden, Feb. 10, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Micronic Laser Systems AB (Stockholm:MICR) (Other OTC:MICLF) is at the forefront in semiconductor and display laser pattern generators for the production of photomasks to the world wide electronic industries.
Micronic today announced the order for a LRS11000 multi-beam laser pattern generator for production of advanced photomasks used in TFT-display manufacturing. The order was placed by one of the major customers in Asia, a world leading photomask producer. Delivery will take place Q2, 2003.
