Highlights
-- Revenue for the full year amounted to EUR35.3 million (EUR30.1 million), an increase of 17 percent versus last year. -- Revenue for the last quarter amounted to EUR9.2 million (EUR8.3 million), a gain of 10 percent versus the corresponding period last year. -- Prepaid membership rose to 104,000 at year end, an increase of 12,200 or 13 percent since last year. -- The operating loss from continuing operations amounted to EUR1.5 million for the full-year, against a loss of EUR2.0 million in 2001. -- The operating profit from continuing operations before depreciation and amortisation amounted to EUR1.3 million for the full-year, versus EUR0.4 million in 2001. -- After the end of the reporting period the shareholders approved the sale of the portfolio of unlisted investments, and this sale has now been completed. -- The full-year loss for continuing operations amounted to EUR2.8 million (EUR3.0 million). The loss per share from continuing operations amounted to EUR0.229 per share (EUR 0.258).
