GOTHENBURG, Sweden, March 28, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Bure Equity (Other OTC:BRVVF): against the background of the current negotiations aimed at establishing a long-term financial plan for Bure Equity, the Board of Directors has decided to postpone the date of the Annual General Meeting to 21 May 2003. The Board intends to give an submit a plan for the company's financing in connection with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting, at the latest.
The AGM will be held in Kongresshallen, Svenska Massan, Gothenburg, 21 May 2003 at 3 p.m.
