TABY, Sweden, March 28, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- In connection with the divestment of the business area Wireless Solutions in 2001, Allgon provided the buyer with certain warranties. In two cases, this lead to legal proceedings.
The concerned companies have reached a settlement meaning that the expense for Allgon will be approximately 18 MSEK lower than provision made for the processes in question.
