Kungsleden Aquires House for Elderly Living!


STOCKHOLM, Sweden, June 5, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- The property company Kungsleden AB (publ) (Other OTC:KGSDF) (Stockholm:KLED) has acquired the property Diademet 3 in Norrkoping.

The property is rented by the municipality of Norrkoping and contains 66 apartments used for elderly living. The business will even in the future be operated by A&O Ansvar och Omsorg AB. The property contains 3 600 sqm with a rental income of MSEK 3,7.

The purchase price is MSEK 34,3 including transactions costs.

-- The result of our efforts on the market for elderly living has been very positive. In the near future we expect further acquisition opportunities from both the private and the public sector.
