STOCKHOLM, Sweden, June 12, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Philip Mozes, a 49 year-old Dutch citizen, has been appointed President of Gunnebo Perimeter Protection and a member of Gunnebo's Group management. He takes up his new positions on September 1, 2003.
Gunnebo Perimeter Protection develops, manufactures and sells complete perimeter protection systems for outdoor security such as gates, fencing, and alarm systems, including installation and service, as well as products for road safety. Gunnebo Perimeter Protection, whit head office in Holland, has an annual turnover of some MEUR 65 and 400 employees in ten countries.
Philip Mozes has long experience as an industrialist and has held several senior positions within the Gunnebo Group since 1996, most recently, with Gunnebo Physical Security, where he is President Region Northern and Eastern Europe with responsibility for marketing and sales.
"With his long experience from senior management positions on the security market, Philip Mozes is particularly well suited to further developing Gunnebo Perimeter Protection's business. Given the highly international character of Gunnebo's business it is natural that Group management reflects our international business," said Gunnebo's president and CEO Bjarne Holmqvist.

Also on September 1, 2003, the current head of Gunnebo Perimeter Protection, Sven Boethius, will take up a position as Marketing Director within the Gunnebo Group's largest division Gunnebo Physical Security, where he will have marketing responsibility for the Safes business area.
