Witnet Now Offering Mobilick on Wireless Web Pad

TORONTO, June 12, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Witnet International, Inc. (OTCBB:WTNT) announced that it has successfully tested and is now running Mobilick on a CE.NET web pad using a new version of its mobile remote access software designed to work on Microsoft's CE.NET operating system.

The company now has Mobilick working on Xybernaut Corporation's "Atigo L" which is a wireless web pad with an eight inch screen running CE.NET.

Additionally, the software is now running across a broadband network using a wireless broadband card on the Atigo L which gives it the functionality that Mobilick was designed for.

The Company has entered into a VAR (value added reseller) agreement and a co-marketing agreement with Xybernaut (Nasdaq:XYBR) www.xybernaut.com , and now that the Mobilick software is running on the Atigo L; Witnet will start to market the Xybernaut hardware along with the Mobilick software. The company believes this solution to be ideal for consumer and enterprise use.

The Atigo L offers an Intel(r) StrongARM SA-1110 206MHz processor, 64MB SDRAM Memory, 32MB Flash ROM, 64MB optional, PC card slots (PCMCIA Type II), 1-Compact Flash Type II (CF-IO) and USB and sells for approximately $1,950 US. Xybernaut also offers a higher end model they call the Atigo M.

These devices when running Mobilick, can access remote computers over the (wireless) internet and access programs running on the remote computer from the mobile device with the benefit of the larger screen than a standard PDA.

"We view this as a positive event to support our traditional PDA approach by entering the Web Panel specialized software market which is now growing and Xybernaut's hardware was an excellent platform to complete the solution" said Mun Su Han, President of Witnet.
