HELSINKI, Finland, July 02, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Proha continues to focus on its core business, portfolio and project management software products, and outsources the ASP services of its subsidiary Intellisoft Oy to Xenetic Oy. This agreement intensifies the cooperation that was started in 2002 with outsourcing of hosting and network services to Xenetic. According to the agreement, most of the personnel responsible for ASP services at Intellisoft will transfer to Xenetic and the rest of Intellisoft employees will continue in the service of the Proha Group. For Intellisoft's customers, all services will continue without any changes.
The agreement has no material effect on the net sales or result of the Proha Group.
