STOCKHOLM, July 9, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Following in-depth discussions and analysis's PartnerTech has decided to discontinue the negotiations on a possible acquisition.
Despite the composition settlement and the indisputable synergies that an acquisition would offer for both companies, PartnerTech has made the assessment that the conditions to pursue the acquisition are not sufficient.
