Tele2 receives 3G license in Estonia


STOCKHOLM, Sweden, August 13, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Tele2 AB ("Tele2") (Nasdaq:TLTOA) (Nasdaq:TLTOB) (Stockholm:TEL2A), the leading alternative pan-European telecommunications company, today announced that Tele2 has received a 3G license in Estonia.

Tele2 Eesti received a 3G license issued by the Estonian Communications Board on August 5, 2003 which is valid until August 5, 2013.
