PHOENIX, August 29, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- The United States District Court for the District of Arizona has ordered that David Dadon and all connected to him must cease representation of any connection with Viastar(OTCBB:VISH). The Preliminary Injunction Order states that Viastar Holdings, Inc., "have met their burden of establishing a combination of probable success on the merits and the possibility of irreparable injury." John D. Aquilino, President of Viastar Holdings, Inc. stated, "This is a significant victory for the company and its shareholders. Clearly the Court has recognized the likely success and merits of our case against Mr. Dadon. The Company will pursue any and all remedies available under the law to protect our interests and our shareholders."

It is Ordered that the plaintiff's (Viastar's) Application for Preliminary Injunction (doc. #2) is granted pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 65 and that defendant David Dadon and the defendants officers, agents, servants, employees and attorneys, and those persons in active concert or participation with them who receive actual notice of this Order by personal service or otherwise, are hereby restrained and enjoined from issuing, transmitting or otherwise disseminating, directly or indirectly, personally or through any third-parties, any written or verbal communications, including but not limited to press releases, to the public through any type of mechanism, including but not limited to any Internet-related mechanisms or news wire services, that contain any misrepresentations or omissions that render any of the statements made to be false or misleading, including, without limitation, any such communications that expressly or impliedly give or create the impression that defendant David Dadon is still a member of the Board of Directors of plaintiff Viastar Holdings, Inc. ("Viastar"), or is still Chairman of the Board of Directors of Viastar, or is a corporate officer of Viastar, or is an employee, representative or agent of Viastar, or is authorized expressly or impliedly, to act for or on behalf of Viastar, or has any authority to enter into any agreements or contracts on behalf of Viastar, or that any persons or entity desiring to communicate with Viastar shall direct those communications to any address other than 2451 W. Birchwood Avenue, Suite 105, Mesa, Arizona, 85202, or to a telephone number other than (480) 894-0311, or to a facsimile number other than (480) 894-0074, or to an email other than info@vistarcorp.com.
It is further Ordered that this Preliminary Injunction shall be effective from and after 10:30a.m. (MST) on August 26, 2003 to and through the trial on the merits of this action.
