Northrop Grumman Corporation will announce its platform partner in the competition to develop the Aerial Common Sensor (ACS), the next-generation intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance system, at a press conference to be held at the Northrop Grumman exhibit during the annual Association of the United States Army (AUSA) national meeting.
Executives from both companies will be on hand to present details of the teaming and to answer questions from the press.
Northrop Grumman was one of two contractors selected in 2002 to continue development of the ACS system as a result of a competitive Concept Exploration Design phase.
