Cal-Bay Controls, Inc. Receives New Purchase Order


TUSTIN, Calif., Oct. 15, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Cal-Bay International, Inc.'s (OTCBB:CBYI) subsidiary, Cal-Bay Controls, Inc., has recently been successful in negotiating a new purchase order from the High Desert Power Project in Victorville, California for three continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMS) to be supplied by G.K. Associates, located in Moorpark, California. The value of this contract is approximately $150,000.

According to Chuck Prebay, President of Cal-Bay Controls, "The monitoring systems to be provided in this contract will be used to measure the NOx emissions from the three gas turbines at this cogeneration power plant. This emissions data will allow this facility to improve its compliance with regulatory requirements."
