As many retailers have discovered, the retail market in Puerto Rico is very active, and ChainLinks recognized a need to serve its clients by opening an office on the island, which has a population of 4 million people.
ChainLinks' newest office, Commercial Centers Management, Inc. (CCM), is a commercial real estate management company dedicated to providing acquisition, development, leasing, retail marketing, and asset management services in Puerto Rico and the southeastern United States. CCM manages a total of 3 million sq. ft. of retail space, 1.8 million sq. ft. of which is in Puerto Rico, making CCM the third-largest operator of retail commercial space on the island.
