STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Nov. 3, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- The following changes have been made in the composition in the Board of Directors of If P&C Insurance Holding: Leif Victorin and Bengt Ake Fagerman have joined the Board as new shareholder-elected members. They are replacing Ulf Spang and Magnus Ohlsson.
Leif Victorin is acting CEO in Skandia and director of the Board of Skandia. Bengt Ake Fagerman is dept. CEO of Skandia Liv.
The other Directors in the Board of If P&C Holding are Kari Stadigh, chairman (Sampo), Odd Arild Grefstad (Storebrand), Markku Hyvarinen (Varma-Sampo), Peter Johansson (Sampo), Idar Kreutzer (Storebrand) and Patrick Lapvetelainen (Sampo).
