From biblical times to present day, Nickson outlines the history of reparations and erases misconceptions about them. Nickson is currently working toward his master's degree. He served 29 years in military and civilian service on bases from California to Germany. He holds degrees in chemistry and small business administration. The Nickson View II: The Answer to the Horowitz-10 is his first book.
