(OTCBB:GDVI), focused on the modular building industry with emphasis on the education market, today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Global Modular, Inc. and MBS Construction, Inc. have generated approximately $1,500,000.00 in sales revenue during the second quarter ended October 31, 2003, an 63% increase compared to the previous quarter ending July 31, 2003.

"We are adhering to our sales and marketing model by capturing market share from both new and repeat customers. A portion of our success is also accredited to value-added selling supported by superior customer service during and after the sale," Mr. Hamilton said
"Our own research shows increased opportunities for new portable classroom and modular building business for the education market in early 2004 compared to the same period in 2003.
