BAY CITY, Mich. and Toronto, Nov. 7, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Ugomedia Interactive (OTCBB:UGMI), a name change from Ugomedia Interactive Corp. to Sciax Corp. is pending, today released further clarification regarding the stock dividend.
Heritage Trust Company, 4 King Street West, Suite 1320, Toronto Ontario, the transfer agent for Ugomedia Interactive Corp. recommends that non-registered shareholders should contact their representatives (Brokerage firms, On-line trading companies etc.) to ensure they are credited with the stock dividend. They should not contact Heritage Trust Company directly as that will be done by the Brokerage Firm. The Brokerage Firm will provide proof of ownership to Heritage Trust Company.
Registered Shareholders as of the record date of November 18, 2003 will be issued a certificate representing the dividend shares entitled.
