(OTCBB:GSPM:) reports that Rodney Blakestad, who is credited with the discovery of the Fort Knox mine in 1987, a 4 million ounce plus deposit owned and operated by Kinross, located in Fairbanks, Alaska has joined the Company's Advisory Board and will be an active consultant to Golden Spirit. Mr. Blakestad has a degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Law and is a Certified Professional Geologist with over 20 years of mineral exploration experience in Alaska. Mr. Blakestad will assist in the development of the Ester Creek Gold Properties.
He is also credited with the following list of discoveries, mostly based in Alaska:

As a Geological Consultant, he has worked for major gold companies such as Rio Tinto and Cyprus Amax. Mr. Blakestad has had several published papers on mining and is considered an expert on gold mining and minerals exploration in Alaska. Mr. Blakestad feels that Alaska has tremendous mining opportunities yet to be explored.

Further to the Company's news release of November 21, 2003, concentrate taken from 1100 tons of ore from various sites within the Ester Creek properties will be sent to two assay labs, one in Canada and another in the United States. Assay results will be released when they are available.
