The increase in production from October of more than 1,300 barrels of oil per day is mainly due to higher production in Yemen. As a result of a new well coming onstream (announced in a stock exchange notice on 30 October 2003), the Tasour field produced approximately 19,900 barrels of oil per day in November, which is a new production record for the field. In addition, production has begun from a new well in the the Sharyoof field, and production from this field is expected to increase in December.

There were only marginal changes in the company's production from the UK and Norwegian shelves compared with October.

Gas production from the Seven Heads field in Ireland commenced on Saturday 13 December 2003. Reference is made to the enclosed press release from Ramco.
