SAN CLEMENTE, California and LAS VEGAS, Dec. 30, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Whistler Investments, Inc., (OTCBB:WHSL) (Name change pending to Global Electric) announced today that it has secured a joint venture with Powerski International to create another model of Powerski's flagship product, the Powerski Jetboard(TM) powered with a Lithium-ion electric motor.

Holly Roseberry, President of Global Electric stated "This partnership is a massive step forward for Global Electric as we can integrate our lithium ion system into one of the most innovative products on the market today." Holly also stated, "Our core mission statement is to provide zero emission products worldwide, therefore, by partnering with Powerski International (www.powerski.com), we gain both worldwide exposure as well as provide consumers with an existing manifestation of lithium ion and innovative technology."

Powerski international is the developer and manufacturer of the patented Powerski Jetboard(TM) and patented SupertorqueXT(TM) marine engine.

Powerski was featured in TIME magazines' Thanksgiving issue, winning the Best Inventions of the Year award. Bob Montgomery, CEO of Powerski stated, "It has always been our plan to build a futuristic Powerski Jetboard that was smaller, lighter, quieter and cleaner than any other watercraft on the market. Offering electric power is a perfect transition for Powerski International Corp. If we can meet our design goals by utilizing the lithium-ion technology of Global Electric, we can expand our sales to include areas with strict emission standards, such as California. We could possibly increase our sales by 40% with the inclusion of clean electric power."

"Powerski did not pollute the world, but we are meeting the challenge by providing a clean alternative for watercraft enthusiasts. Many of our consumers have inquired about electric powered Jetboards and this goes hand in hand with our goal of delivering the ultimate watercraft based on the ancient sport of surfing. We are excited to include a lithium-ion powered model alongside our existing two-stroke, and our future fuel injected two-stroke and four-stroke models."

Initial lithium-ion powered prototypes will be developed in Q1 of 2004 and subsequent models have been slated for Q3-Q4 of 2004.
