ORLANDO, Fla., Jan. 7, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- ICR Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ICRM) announced today that in the June to September quarter, new contracts that were awarded to the ICR Systems, Inc. wholly-owned subsidiary, Meehan Electric Company, Inc., totaled $1,062,175. The largest of these contracts involves the construction of a new water treatment facility in Commerce, Georgia totaling $646,600.
ICR Systems Chairman and CEO, Trey Meehan commented, "Third quarter was another positive quarter in terms of both new contracts awarded and operating profit for our Meehan Electric subsidiary."
He added, "We continue to see signs of strength in the local commercial and industrial construction marketplace and are comfortable that we will be in a position to report profitable year-end numbers in January for fiscal 2003 on a consolidated basis. All of our divisions that have revenue streams showed a profit through the 3rd quarter. Audited financials through the 3rd quarter are now available on our website."
