A Special Wish Foundation Signs Marketing Agreement With Karma Media

New Customer Represents Major Milestone in Rollout of Company's Business Strategy

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 14, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Karma Media, Inc. (OTCBB:KRMA) today announced the signing of a marketing agreement with A Special Wish Foundation, one of the leading wish-granting organizations in the United States. The agreement calls for A Special Wish Foundation to become one of the preferred recipients of Karma Media's proprietary fundraising mechanism in which each client merchant systematically opts to "give back" a portion of all gross sales generated to a designated charity.

Concurrently with the completion of the agreement, Karma Media delivered its first royalty check to A Special Wish Foundation. "This agreement clearly proves the viability of our business model. We look forward to converting dozens of merchants into socially responsible corporate citizens this year by using the platform we have built to structure many win-win relationships between our clients and worthy causes with which they can identify," said Dominique Einhorn, Karma Media's Chief Executive Officer.

"We feel very fortunate and excited to have this new relationship with Karma Media. As this economy rebuilds, it is a great feeling to know a company such as Karma Media can still represent the spirit of giving. We feel very strongly about this business model and what it can do for organizations like ours," added Darryl Celler, National Business Manager for A Special Wish Foundation.
