DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla., Jan. 15, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Florida HealthSource, a division of iBX Group, Inc. (OTCBB:IBXG), said today that it has contracted with more than 25 new healthcare providers to join its statewide workers compensation referral network, which maintains access to patients across Florida. Revenue estimates for the division remain steady at $6 million for 2004, company officials said.

"The new providers to our network primarily include physical therapists and occupational therapists, as well as pain management specialists, and reflect Florida HealthSource's overall strategy of meeting the growing need for rehabilitation services in Florida," said Colleen O'Toole, Managing Director for Florida HealthSource. "Our new locations will allow us to reach healthcare consumers in several underserved communities throughout the state."

During the past year, Florida HealthSource has acquired or brought under management 18 healthcare centers that provide a variety of physical therapy, rehabilitation, chiropractic and wellness services. The company's flagship healthcare center in Boca Raton features several of iBX's products and services designed specifically for the healthcare industry including TheraTouch, a unique clinical massage device. The user-friendly apparatus can be programmed by therapists to deliver customized massage therapy sessions and is expected to help maximize patient referrals.

The Boca Raton clinic will also introduce ActiPatch, an FDA-approved, coin-sized patch that releases electromagnetic therapy to treat and speed healing of soft tissue injuries, surgical wounds, sprains and muscle strains; as well as several of iBX's technology services, including digital transcription services, Internet-enabled management applications, and advanced document management and storage options.
