"CinemaWorks") (TSX Venture Exchange:CWK), a Canadian provider of Internet equipment and services specializing in the hospitality market, has appointed Mr. Clay Perreault as Chief Technology Officer of the Company. Mr. Perreault is President of Vista Online Inc., a provider of end-to-end VoIP services to the hospitality and Multiple Dwelling Units ("MDU") markets.

Over the past eight years, Mr. Perreault has participated in many Canadian Government trade and technology missions to countries such as Singapore and China through Canadian Industrial Research Programs (IRAP), Canadian National Research Council (NRC) and Canadian Government Foreign Affairs. In 2001, he was invited to participate with the Prime Minister of Canada and "Trade Team Canada" -- a Canadian government initiative to promote Canadian technology exports to China. Mr. Perreault is also the founder and a director of Galaxy Telecom, a private Canadian corporation providing global "Telephone over Internet" (VoIP) services to cable companies around the world.
