Revenue and Results for the Second Quarter of Fiscal 2004 Lower than Same Period Last Year; Revenue for the Six-Month Period Expected to be Higher than Same Period Last Year


LAKEWOOD, Colo., Jan. 27, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- College Partnership, Inc., (OTCBB:CGPA), a leading provider of college planning and services, today announced that it expects revenues quarter ending January 31, 2004 to be lower than revenues reported for the same period last year. The Company expects to report losses in the second quarter of fiscal year 2004 versus a $501,103 profit for same period last year. Revenues for the six-month period ending January 31, 2004 are expected to be higher than the same period last year.

Mr. Douglas Rother, Chief Executive Officer of College Partnership, Inc., commenting on the results, stated: "While we are pleased with continued revenue growth, we are disappointed with continued operating losses primarily caused by higher marketing and selling costs associated with our expansion efforts.
