HUDDINGE, Sweden, Feb. 04, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Dormant Properties AB, a company controlled by Tripep's Chairman of the Board, Rolf L. Nordstrom, acquired a total of 86,000 Tripep AB shares on 3 February 2004. After the acquisition, Dormant Properties owns 3,182,841 shares and 0 options in Tripep. The holding is equivalent to 25.5 per cent of Tripep's share capital, excluding outstanding warrants, and 21.8 per cent after full dilution of outstanding warrants.
Tripep's repurchased shares and warrants held by the company have been excluded from the calculations.
