Management Change: Humana Announces New Chairman


HANOVER, Md., Feb. 6, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Humana Trans Services Holding Corporation (OTCBB:HTSC) (www.humanaservices.com), a principally engaged firm involved in employee leasing and recruitment services, is pleased to announce that Ronald Shapss has been elected Chairman with the effectiveness contingent upon the necessary directors and officers liability insurance. Mr. Shapss is a pivotal figure in developing corporate growth and planning. He is the founder of Ronald Shapss Corporate Services, a firm engaged in consolidating fragmented industries. His firm was instrumental in facilitating the roll-up of several companies into such entities that include Consolidated Delivery & Logistics, CoreStaff and U.S. Delivery. Mr. Shapss was the founder of Coach USA, a transportation concern. He is presently on the advisory boards of Consolidated Partners Founding Fund and 1+ USA, which founded Advanced Communications Group, a competitive local exchange carrier that has shares trading on the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Shapss is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
