LONDON, Feb. 11, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Auto-Q International, Inc. (OTCBB:AUTQ) announced today AerCom Tec International Inc. has signed an agreement for them to be a non exclusive distributor in the US and Canada for Auto-Q International Inc. In addition, Auto-Q will be able to use AerCom Tec's location for US operations.

"We signed a distribution agreement for the United States and Canada with AerCom Tec based in South Carolina. We envision developing exports of product in 2004 for monitoring the activities not only of heavy trucks in the United States, but also school buses."

Auto-Q previously announced that it will be launching a new safety tracking device designed for school buses in the US Market called BusTrak. The BusTrak Safety System was designed with the more than 23.5 million elementary and secondary school children in mind who ride school buses daily throughout the United States, twice a day. There are more than 450,000 yellow school buses that provide transportation service daily nationwide to these children. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports an estimated 8,500 to 12,000 children injured in school bus accidents annually and an average of 11 children are fatally injured inside school buses annually. Auto-Q International and BusTrak are asking who is monitoring your children while they are on school buses.

Mr. Spetch Chief Executive Officer of Auto-Q added, "We are looking forward to getting into the US market as soon as we can. BusTrak is just one of our fine products that we intend to distribute in the US. We believe AerCom will be instrumental to our growth in the US market."
