Southern Software's first HipLinkXS installment was deployed at Person County's (of North Carolina) E911 center.
Southern Software integrated HipLinkXS into its CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) application using Semotus Solutions' Software Developer Kit. This integration provides a full "intelligent wireless notification" system for Southern Software's customers. E-911 Centers use Southern Software's CAD application for dispatching fire, law enforcement, and EMS personnel.
